Patuxent Wildlife Refuge
North Track of the Patuxent Wildlife Refuge, in East Laurel (it is on the S side of rt 198, about 2 m E of B-W Pkwy and about 1/3 mi W of rt 32).
The riding paths are pea gravel, so you don't damage them, no matter how wet the ground is elsewhere.
After a wet period, this is the about best place to ride
